These Terms of Service govern your use of dheerajtagde.in and the services provided by Dheeraj Tagde through Socilet.
Zero Advance Payment Model
Our unique business model operates on a pay-after-delivery basis. No payment is required until the project is completed, reviewed by the client, and confirmed to meet agreed-upon specifications. Payment is expected upon client satisfaction and project approval.
Services
We offer web development, AI automation tools, crypto trading bot development, social media automation, YouTube automation, WordPress development, and vibe coding solutions. All services are subject to a mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing before development begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback during the review phase, and prompt payment upon satisfaction with the delivered project. Clients must not use delivered products for illegal purposes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all project files, code, and deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. Until payment is received, intellectual property rights remain with Dheeraj Tagde / Socilet.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the project scope. Major scope changes or feature additions beyond the original agreement may require additional discussion and pricing adjustment.
Disclaimer
For AI trading bots and automation tools: past performance does not guarantee future results. Returns mentioned in case studies and marketing materials are based on historical data and may vary.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Trading bots carry inherent market risks.
